Dodgers transfer Tyler Glasnow to 60-day IL, claim Chuckie Robinson off waivers

By MLB Premium News Jun 1, 2025 | 12:22 AM

The Los Angeles Dodgers on Saturday transferred starting pitcher Tyler Glasnow to the 60-day injured list and claimed catcher Chuckie Robinson off waivers from the Los Angeles Angels.
Glasnow, a 31-year-old right-hander, initially went on the 15-day injured list April 28 because of right shoulder inflammation. He has started five games this season, going 1-0 with a 4.50 ERA in 18 innings, with 23 strikeouts.
Robinson, 30, was designated for assignment by the Angels on Wednesday. He has not appeared in an MLB game this season but batted .272 with one home run and 18 RBIs in 27 games for Triple-A Salt Lake.
Robinson will add depth at catcher for the Dodgers behind Will Smith and Dalton Rushing.
